The initial carrier-envelope phase dependence of dynamic process for an ultrashort laser pulse propagating non-resonantly in para-nitroaniline (pNA) molecule medium is investigated theoretically, by solving the full Maxwell-Bloch equations. The results show that when the laser pulse propagates with
