AVSAP Accounting System

Although AVSAP accounting system is a very simple, it is capable to handle a full set of books for small to medium size company. It is written by Perl with Tcl/tk add-on, and back-end database is PostgreSQL and run on Linux. Since PostgreSQL could run on MS Windows via Cygwin and Perl has Windows version, so AVSAP could also be ported to Windows easily.
